    October 2000 - March 2005

    Responsible for managing HR operations across Leo Burnett Worldwide (LBW) network. Led an international team of Regional Directors: Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and North America and provided end to end project management across the enterprise for system and technical solutions. o Responsible for the implementation of PeopleSoft 8 HR Module across 54 global markets. Led the project through the full life cycle. o Completed implementation plan $800,000 under budget and 4 months early, resulting in savings of over $1.5 million per year. o Created and executed LBW's HRIS implementation methodology. o Developed IT's PeopleSoft implementation approach and managed testing: quality assurance, conversion, performance, and user acceptance.
